Napa Revisited

Painting California Wine Country never gets old to me.  Maybe it's because I always use a lot of purples in my palette.  You may recall I painted the picture on the left maybe a year ago.  I decided it needed a mate so I just finished the one on the right. This is one of my most favorite wineries in the world, Peju. (And in case you were wondering, the winery on the left is Chateau St. Jean, also in Napa).  Both paintings are headed to my parents house to grace the walls of their new dining room which is painted a rich shade of terracotta. I think they will look good there. Cheers!
